Free consultation on the first appointment only
All orders can be fully refunded if cancellation is less than 24 hours after order/payment has been placed. However, consultation fee will still be charge at an hourly rate of $75.00
Cancellation before calico fitting will be charge at 30%
Cancellation after calico fitting will be charge at 50%
Cancellation after first fitting will be charge at 75%
Cancellation leading up to/after second fitting will be charge at 100%
50% deposit is required upon order placement.
25% second payment is required upon second fitting
Final payment is required upon last fitting
Minor change on design can be made on the calico fittings. Major change from the original design will be charge extra
Change on design cannot be process after first fitting with real fabric

Alterations that are less than $200 will require full upfront payment
Alterations that are more than $200 will require 50% deposit and the rest of the payment paid full upon pick up of garments
Strictly no cancellation during the process of alterations. If cancellation occurs before the process of alterations, the deposit will be returned and 10% of the total alterations fee will be charge. If cancellation occurs after the process of alterations, a fee will be charged depending on what has been done on the garment
We require final fitting/inspection of garment before pick up. Once garment is picked up from our store, we will no longer hold any responsibility of the garments. Please ensure you are satisfied with the garment before it leaves the studio
